Feedback from the people around us is quite important for us to navigate properly in our job and life. For natural reasons, it is hard to get honest feedback. One of the biggest reasons is the possible change of focus from the message to messenger. The idea sprung with the need I had for collecting honest feedback and suggestions from my team. There were existing tools and services which would do the same. However, when discussing with individuals, everyone shared the concern of being tracked easily with those services. There was no way for the end user to know if their responses were being tracked.
We are privacy focussed with the idea of keeping the process of collecting actionable input as simple as possible. We DO NOT TRACK the feedback providers at all. For feedback owners, we provide the option of encrypting all their messages so that no one other than the encryption key holder can read those messages.
None of these are applicable for Feedahead
This is a common challenge and we plan to tackle it head on. We have very small operating costs which are easily funded by the subscription fees. We intentionally plan to keep this as simple as possible, so rest assured we are here to stay forever.
